We’ve stayed at this property more than once. While the location is convenient and the check-in process is simple, both of our experiences have been marred by poor property upkeep and frustrating interactions with the management company.During our first stay, we were charged for a broken sink after checkout—even though there was no evidence we caused the damage and no attempt at a real conversation before assigning blame. We felt unfairly treated and dismissed.On our second stay in April, multiple windows in one of the bedrooms literally fell out. I had to leave an event I was hosting to meet a handyman at the property to get them fixed. He mentioned that the home is in disrepair and that he’s advised the property manager to replace several items, but nothing has been done. It seems the approach is to hold renters accountable for wear and tear, rather than investing in needed repairs.This property could be great with better upkeep and more reasonable, communicative management—but as it stands, we wouldn’t book again or recommend it.
