This exceeded all expectations. It was immaculate. I've never stayed in such clean rooms. And the bottle of real milk instead of awful UHT was chef's kiss. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Kerikeri.

Rates as a good property, wee bit out of town but great parking, great bed. Seems to suit commercial travellers for one night stays. Huge bathroom but tiny shower......could not touch your toes if you bend over. Reception was efficient but man was not overly friendly...would have been nice to have a rather warmer welcome

Lovely and well-kept. Smoking allowed on porches.

Beautiful setting, building well kept. Managers friendly and helpful. Property has a small but important mis-label. On Hotels.com, property is listing as “Non-smoking property” (in the Accessibility section). Rooms are non-smoking, yes, but patios and grounds are smoking-allowed. Patio tables have ashtrays set out for use. Such a beautiful area, we often wanted the sliding door and windows open, but had to quickly close up time and again if we didn’t want smoke inside. Owners are lovely. They can set their rules as they wish, but it should be updated with notes on any booking site for clarity. Everything else was grand and their order-ahead breakfasts were better than the local cafe.
