Disappointing villa - it was very tired and in need of updating, painting and some real care required. The seating in the lounge area was so very uncomfortable and again had seen better days so was tatty and lumpy. The deck was in a bad state (quite dangerous) very uneven, broken slats, nails sticking up, seen better days - the staff however responded quickly to our concerns about the deck specifically but there was little they could do. Most of the villas in this row seemed to be having work done, so it was pretty noisy with building ongoing for most of the time. Pretty disappointing as a whole as we stayed for 2 months and just had to make good. Staff were responsive and did their best

We were advised very strongly that due to supposed power outages across Bali that we had to stay at Nusa Dua. I advised I did not want to stay there but was told regularly they could not farubtee power supply? I insisted after day 2 that I wished to move to Changu. In the end we paid money owing and moved to an independent villa we found on line. They sent a person to collect what we owed in cash. It was at my insistence that they provide a revision. Receipt had no mention of “Stayz” and no business name whatsoever. The “Stayz Rep conveniently was off to Kalimantan the last early morning so did not see her. Very disappointed and I feel something untoward was going on as after I said we wanted to move she offered our original bvilla! I asked why now she could offer that villa when previously she said it was on an area without power guarantee. Very sus we all left very disappointed. The villa was new but had stairs which were difficult for me who has bad knees. What sort of service are you offering?
