Decent service, terrible maintenance.

The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. Also, the elevator broke down on the day I had checked out with my luggage, but the staff helped me carry it downstairs. The restaurant offers some nice food options but it closes at 3PM
