River View Double Queen Cabin #22

Newly built in 2018, this River View Deluxe Double Queen cabin was constructed in a duplex configuration adjacent to Cottage #21 that has a king bed. Each cottage has its own enclosed porch for privacy and can be enjoyed separately. A sliding door divides the two porches, and this set up can be ideal for families or friends travelling together to share the duplex cottages.

We are a pet friendly property with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for this cabin.

This River View Deluxe Double Queen cabin features:

• Contact free check in & keyless entry
• Free parking space for 1 vehicle adjacent to the cabin
• Porch overlooking the Guadelupe River
• Two queen beds

We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please review the following policies:

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.

• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.

• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.

• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.

• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.

• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.

• Laundry: Onsite laundry facilities are unavailable, but a laundromat and dry cleaning services are nearby.

We enjoyed the stay, would stay again. Location was great, right in front of river. It was a very relaxing area, quiet, and serene. Lots of wildlife and birds. River access was perfect, water was low but still able to wade and sit in water. Some areas were tube friendly you just need to walk a little way from cabin (less than a mile) for deeper areas. Even some fishing areas, small river fish, catch and release. Fire-pit and bbq pit access very close to this unit. Room was good had basics. If you like comfy pillows maybe bring your own. Nice areas to walk the dog.
