The discrete owners live adjacent property but it is fully managed by Cumbrian Cottages on their behalf. Cobble Garth enjoys a quiet situation, approximately 600 yards level walk from Keswick town centre. With ample parking for two cars, a garden and Wi-Fi this is the perfect base to relax and unwind in comfort, in the knowledge that there are many walks from the door and a wealth of amenities close at hand. Property perfect for people with mobility issues.

Property was exceptionally clean with quality furnishings. Property designed well for people with mobility issues, with lower level bathroom units, seat in shower, light switches easily reachable and ramp access to the property. Appreciated the quietness of location and having off-street parking outside the door.
