When I checked in they had us in a room with a queen bed. I asked if they had a room with a king. I had prepaid with Expedia. Rather than just change the room, the hotel made a new reservation, and I was charged for 2 rooms that night.

The diner was absolutely perfect. The town does shut down pretty early, so getting a later dinner is not really very easy. The diner stays open until 8pm. The food is really good, and the staff is even better. We ate breakfast there every day of our trip and even had dinner there twice.

It’s popular because there is no other option

The hotel is not close to much, but does have a shuttle, the restaurant is ok but the menu is short when you stay for a week. The rooms are very dated, and really are overpriced

Checkin, food service and shuttle driver were all pleasant helpful and courteous. Shuttle to just about everywhere was SOO very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Upstairs restaurant/bar was not available to us due to private party booking. That was the only inconvenience. Would stay here again.

It took an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the Airport even though I called three times. Then after having stayed 3 times in the past and being able to take the shuttle almost anywhere in town, I was told by a female in the office that the shuttle would not take us to Walmart anymore and telling me to call a taxi, which I did and it cost us $30 round trip. Unacceptable and I will not stay in this hotel when I come next year. The male manager who checked us in agreed that we should not have had to wait for an hour to be picked up. The restaurant and their staff was great that is the only reason that I gave a 3 on the score, otherwise it would have been a 1.

We had arrived early. Cold, wet and tired. We were afforded an early check in to a lovely room. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating and efficuent!
