NEXT TO BIGWOOD RIVER, RIVER RUN GONDOLA and BIKE PATH - 2+ bedrooms 2 baths. 1250 square feet. Sleeps 5 - 200 feet from the Sun Valley gondola.

Relax in this two-level condo next to River Run Ski Lodge. With neutral colors throughout you will enjoy the upgraded furnishings, granite kitchen, and baths, carpets, vaulted ceilings and a gas burning fireplace. This condo is exquisite, spacious, cozy, and warm. The living room has two sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck to relax, (sorry all units had to remove the BBQ to comply with fire marshal).

Location: This property is ideal for sports enthusiasts and families who love snow skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and fishing OR for guests who want to walk to town and shop and indulge in our finest restaurants. Ketchum city center is just a few blocks away - exquisite clothiers, five-star restaurants, and a great night life await you.

Skiers: Ski to River Run chairlift or walk a few hundred feet to enjoy a great hike up Bald Mountain. Right next to Sun Valley's 48-mile groomed bike path.

* Main floor master bedroom with KING size bed w/attached full bath and granite counter top, Jacuzzi bath with travertine walls and floor. Large and gorgeous!
* Upper bedroom consists of a queen size and a separate twin bed. Great for two couples or a family. 3/4 bath has full glassed large shower, new sink & fixtures with travertine floor and tile. A big plus is the new Maytag high efficiency stacked washer & dryer. Detergent included.
* Loft features two bean bag chairs along with a 50" TV with DVD. Great space for kids or adults to get some quiet time.
* Fully equipped kitchen offers alder wood and glass door cabinets, mood lighting, and is open to the living room. The kitchen has travertine flooring and the living room has Berber carpeting.
* Living room with feather sofa, 2 chairs, gas cozy fireplace, 50' flat screen TV with DVD; 2 sliding glass doors that lead to the BBQ/viewing deck. Relax, eat and sip.
* Outside storage is adjacent to front door for skis, fishing gear, etc.
* Summer swimming in quiet secluded pool and fall/winter/spring enjoy the common.

The place was perfect for a family of three & could not ask for a better location for both Dollar & Bald mountains.Appreciated the thoughtful touches of full size shampoo/conditioners, as well as dry skin lotion bottles everywhere. Also a full stocked kitchen was great for making breakfast before hitting the slopes!We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

The location is terrific -- steps from the hike and bike trail and just a short walk to the river, gondola and town. The condo was clean and comfortable and adequately stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and it was nice to have access to bikes and the pool. Susanne was very responsive and accommodating/easy to work with. We look forward to visiting again!

Sun valley weekend

Excellent trip at a great condo right next to a great mountain. Mountain biking, hiking, gondola up the mountain. Concert at the lodge, short drive to hot springs and a short drive to a lake for paddle boarding. Cool park just a short bike ride away on the wood river paved path.

Sun Valley Ski Weekend

This property is as close as you can get to the River Run side of Sun Valley. The private ski locker is awesome. The condo is well appointed. Also, walking distance to Ketchum. We didn't have to communicate with the owner as we didn't have any isdues.

Fantastic location in easy walking distance to ski area and downtown Ketchum. Property is clean, comfortable, well equipped for cooking, and quiet. Use of ski locker at River Run Lodge is a big plus if you are skiing.

User-friendly Condo Close to River Run

We stayed for a week during the 2025 World Cup Finals. We did a bit of skiing, but were mostly there to volunteer and watch the races. We instantly felt comfortable and at home, a quiet refuge after our busy days. Very clear communication from our host, with simple and easy check-in/check-out instructions. As other reviews have mentioned it is on the second floor, but the stairway to the front door was very well-constructed and solid. The interior stairway to the second bedroom and laundry is not quite as nice, the treads are a bit shallow. If you have trouble with stairs this could be an issue, but as active 71 year-olds we had no problem. Would definitely book again any time we are in Sun Valley!

Great location - Great condo

The condo is so close to the ski lifts, walk to downtown shops, restaurants and entertainment.What i love is the condo is so well equipped. Having cookware that is quality, knives that are sharp, so you can cook your family and friends meals is something we struggle with in many of our previous rental properties. The bedrooms were setup with nice bedding and en suite bathrooms with quality products. The beds are very comfortable.Bonus is the upstairs den/yoga space. Great for a kids retreat or morning yoga.Suzzane is so great host, so kind and helpful and responsive.

Nice condo, great location

Condo was perfect layout for our group of 4 women. The locker at the ski slopes was a great bonus. Definitely worth staying here for. Condo was also walking distance from downtown Ketchum and close to bus stops.

Location, Location!

This property is a well located and comfortable condo a short walk from the Riverrun Base area. A huge plus is the on mountain locker, or I should say locker room. This nicely appointed - and large- locker room allowed us to store our ski gear at the base, which made walking back and forth to the condo very doable. As for the condo, its kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need - and more- to prepare meals there. You do have to keep in mind that this is a second floor condo. However, the stairs were easy to navigate, and this condo is a quiet and comfortable place to sleep, as it is located on the second and top floor and is an end unit. A very nice plus is the host's responsiveness. We had a couple of questions, mostly driven by our "operator errors", and our very capable host got back to us immediately. Very much appreciated! If you are going to Sun Valley, this is a property that you should take a hard look at.

Older complex but clean, comfortable and close to River Run

I would not let the fact that this complex is older scare you away. The unit is clean, comfortable, stocked appropriately and is easy walking distance to downtown Ketchum and River Run Lodge. The host was very gracious, helping us with the TV set-up via a phone call. Bonus: if you are a skier, the unit comes with a locker above the rental shop at River Run, which we found super useful. We'd return for sure.
