The home features nearly 3,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space across three levels, with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax after a day outdoors. The flexible floor plan comfortably sleeps up to 10 people (8 adults) and includes:

• Junior primary suite with king bed, large ensuite bath, and large walk-in closet
• Third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and bathroom

Amazing summer getaway

We came as a family to escape the Texas heat and enjoyed two weeks here. Property was perfect and close to everything. We walked to dinner most nights and our kids walked to the park daily for pick up soccer games. We really enjoyed the house and hope to return.

FABULOUS EVERYTHING

Everything with this property was easy and excellent. So much room to put your gear and spread out to play games in front of the fireplace after being on the mountain for the day. You are 4 minutes from everything here. Heated floors throughout leave you cozy and happy. Kitchen has what you would need for almost anything. Loads of books and games to borrow. The Sonos system is great to tap into. Bring your gear and yourself and that's all you need! Can't wait to return!

Amazing place!

Very clean, nicely appointed and has everything you need. Bright inside, very comfortable and roomy. Great location -- can walk to the slopes or downtown, plus the free shuttle stops basically outside the home. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Great house

We had a wonderful stay. I rent a lot thru VRBO and in Sun Valley/West Ketchum area and this is now one of my favorite homes. The home is so spacious there is room for everyone, the furnishings are new and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, etc., to prepare meals. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. There is a nice deck to sit outside. The location is great, right by the bike path and walking distance to town. Tony and Jodi were great hosts.
