Nice hotel with unfortunate hiccough

Pros: parking, room comfort
Cons: More reliable hot water system
Location: We visited to catch up with family so unsure of nearby attractions
We had a great experience with the hotel overall. Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water in our room the night that we checked in. We informed the manager who arranged for us to swap to another room (the only other available room) but unfortunately that room didn't have hot water either. All was solved in the morning. The food was nice for dinner and breakfast. Convenient with plenty of parking available on site. We stayed there with my parents and my sister and brother-in-law (in 3 separate rooms) and soundproofing between the rooms was excellent.
