Enjoy access to a private lake beach, dock suitable for 2 boats please bring bumpers, firepit, and boat lift—just a short walk or scenic golf cart ride away. The perfect getaway awaits! 🌅🔥🚤🛶

Please Note: The boat lift can accommodate boats up to 2,600 lbs and a maximum length of 19 feet. Due to the canopy, the lift is limited to boats with a clearance of 5–6 feet above the water. A bow rider or fishing boat will fit comfortably, but larger boats—such as wakeboard boats—will need to tie up alongside the 40-foot dock instead.
