Welcome to our newly available 3BR/2BA Florida Keys vacation home! As of November 2024, our dock has been repaired and upgraded, and all new outdoor furnishings have been installed. We've also added a fish-cleaning station, bait freezer, and shore power for your convenience!



Nestled in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Key Colony Beach, this home offers a unique blend of comfort and luxury. The house features 1,439 sq. ft. of generous living space with three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy.



The heart of the home, the kitchen, is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for those who love to cook. The living area is designed for comfort, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the islands.



Our home is ideal for fishing or boating enthusiasts with private boat dockage, which can accommodate a single vessel up to 37.5 FT.



As our guest at Key Colony Beach, you can access various communal amenities, including the exclusive Key Colony swimming beach, with members-only access to the Cabana Club. In addition to the swimming beach, members can enjoy drinks at the Oceanside bar, swim in the Olympic-sized swimming pool, or unwind in the Jacuzzi spa tub.

Great place to stay

We had an amazing time rented a boat for a couple of days. Use the Doc on the property. We will absolutely be back. Hopefully, this place is available for us over spring break.
