Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath single family home (not a duplex) on wide/deep waterway in prestigious KCB! Includes FREE access to Cabana Club. Room for 2 boats! You are a 5-7 minute boat ride to open water. The space features 2 living areas (including a queen size pull out bed), 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen and bunk room with queen and with XL Twin. Dining area, 4 flat screen TVs. Fully stocked kitchen with NEW items. Shaded outdoor space w/ new Weber Grill. 50 miles to Key West. Come make some memories!
The space
This quaint single family home is perfect for your keys vacation. The home features coastal decor, 2 living areas, a dining area with views of the beautiful waterway (which faces west). One bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has bunk queen with a XL twin. The living room has a pull out sofa. Each full bath features a tub/shower. Washer and Dryer, new kitchen appliances as well as new dishes, pots, pans, etc. The dock is amazing....brand new with plenty of lighting and a fish cleaning table. The patio has lots of seating, umbrella shade and weber grill.

Great time in the keys with access to our boat

Our day was great. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The location can’t be beat close to amazing fishing and access to the community pool at the cabana club. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze and the boat dock was VERY convenient along with being able to park the trailer on the property while the boat was in the water.

Great stay

The house was clean, well stocked, and we appreciated the beach towels. An excellent feature of this house was the acess to the Cabana Club. We spent a few days there enjoying the beach, pool, and food. Our kids enjoyed catching different fish from the canal at the house.

Great house

The owners were nice and helpful! Responded quickly to any messages. The master bedroom was hot even with both fans on as well as the spare bathroom. It had no AC so taking a shower in the afternoon after a long day on the water was not pleasant. Other than these small issues, the house was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay in KCB

Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors, spacious and clean house, the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of beach towels. The only downside is that one of the bathroom is not connected to the bedroom, but it's not a deal breaker. The covered carport is a nice touch, but the outside seating area has no roof above, which makes it unusable on windy or rainy days. Overall, we liked staying in this house.

Lovely family break

Beautiful place with lots of open space. Perfect location. Issues with dishwasher not working and not able to be fixed over a holiday weekend that was a bit frustrating but in general our stay was lovely.
