Your home away from home in Key Largo! This stunning private beach house offers uninterrupted views of the turquoise Atlantic waters and direct access to your own private beach. Designed with comfort and accessibility in mind the property offers spacious open concept living areas with panoramic windows and doors that frame the ocean and a large ocean front balcony big enough to dine while enjoying your view and ocean breeze. This fabulous ocean front house features 3 suites each has their own private full bathroom inside and the 4th one ideal for children with bunk bed and queen bed. There is a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms plus 2 half baths. In each bedroom you will find a TV, ceiling fans and 2 of the bedrooms have an additional mini split A/C for more comfort.
One half bath conveniently located on the first floors. Full top of the line gas range stove with double ovens, dishwasher, Viking refrigerator and wine cooler.
On the first floor, enjoy the convenience of outdoor kitchen with the best appliances in the market. Outdoor kitchen has an American Eagle grill, 2 burners, one big burner and a griddle. There is also an icemaking machine, double door refrigerator and a freezer.
This beautiful house is also equipped with an elevator, AC, 2 washing machines and dryers, WiFi, Sonos sound system all around the property and more. Finally newly renovated pool and anti-slip dock. Enjoy a morning paddle boarding, kayaking or just swimming in your own private beach.
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has access to a golf cart which you can use to drive to near by restaurants, parks and convenience stores like pharmacies (CVS and Walgreens), food market (Gordon) and even local fresh fish markets. Nearby park with professional swimming pool, children's pool and mini water park, pickle ball, basketball courts and swings.
