Property is a small resort of 20 units located on the Florida bay and the cut through to the ocean side for boating. Boat dock space is included.
You can fish from docks or long private boardwalk on site. Outdoor pool , tennis courts and bean bag toss, hammocks,and gas grills.

Buyer beware

Deceptive, false advertising of unit. Photos all have waterfront views, falsely giving the impression of a waterfront unit. Actual unit has views of highway from one side and parking lot from the other. Unit is sadly outdated, still in the ‘80s. Broken cabinets, moldy brown bathroom. Difficult to contact the owner after she’s been paid in full in advance, and impossible once the true condition of the unit becomes clear.
