Quirky, fun property with random animal sculptures (dinosaurs!) and a tiny private beach. "Campy" to the max! Room was tiny, but clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't great (Little Debbie type pastries, coffee, tea and juice), but overall a good base for exploring Key Largo.

Convenient, quiet, and quaint. Great private beach area, and family friendly. Easy check-in, great staff. The only downside was that there was an ant infestation around the bathroom sink. Nothing that we couldn’t deal with, so we didn’t bother the staff with it.

This property is great. The proximity to a major highway was my only complaint. The road noise was a distraction all day and night. There really is not anything to do nearby unless you are looking to drive 45 minutes north or south.

We were here only for one night. The room was very clean. The staff was very kind and allowed us to drop off our suitcases while we waited for the room to be available. Check in was 4 pm. Check out was 11 am. We stayed in cottage 8A. It was closest to the road, but was plenty quiet for sleeping. It took about 1-2 minutes to walk down to the small beach area. The beach area has a few permanent umbrellas (thatched roof/palm looking things) and a dock to walk out on. They did have a few 'toys' for the water (paddle boards). It was a nice place to stay, if we were in the area again I would stay here again.

This was lovely for me and my grand daughter. Great location, 2 minute walk to 2 fabulous restaurants right on the water. Front desk staff was so helpful and kind. Rooms very clean, basic furnishings. Kayak, paddleboards and bikes available. Pet friendly and great for kids.

We only got to stay one night, which was a bummer and there was wind so we couldn’t use the kayaks or paddle boards but everything else was absolutely perfect. The room is very simple, but felt very clean. We loved our little view of the bay and the convenience of being able to walk out they are so quickly And being able to park our car right in front of our unit. It was also very convenient to have both of decent sized mini refrigerator and microwave with cutlery and dishes, dish soap, and a dish towel. The view is absolutely stunning. There’s really no place like Key Largo in February and March. I didn’t try the coffee and the breakfast is just packaged baked goods, but it was nice that they had it as an option. You can also buy a 7 pound bag of ice for three dollars. We would definitely stay there again.
