Stay away. Far away. This property will scam you. I reported a table that broke when I sat on it because it looked like a stool. They charged me $500 for damage. The table (as a set) sells on Amazon for $69. Disputed and they would not even message me back. They don’t have a damage policy. They will find their day in court soon. Stay far, far away!!!

It was ok

The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. The only issue we had was that the tv had 35 channels of cable with no option to use any streaming apps or casting from our devices. When we asked about what was included in the room we were told we didn’t pay the “resort inclusive rate” only to be charged a resort fee of $50 a day for the duration of our stay. The place was nice but you would think they would get a better cable package for the guests that are paying the amount it is a night to stay there.

We were on the ground floor and it was hard to sleep because at 2am the roosters were cocka doodling. But we understand that can’t be helped. We liked our stay very much and when we return another time we will request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and see if that would be better. We talked to people that stayed on the 4th floor and they didn’t hear the roosters😀

Other than the noisy air circulator fan it was good. Pool was nice and clean. Customer service was great and the breakfasts were especially good. Ocean view rooms were also good view from any room and the sunset views good.

Nice spot

Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. The little bar in back was a great spot to grab a drink and quick dinner after traveling all day. It’s right on Rt 1, so easy quick access to stuff in the area.

It was quiet, very clean and close to the beach (just a quick car ride to the beach and downtown) Starbucks on site was definitely a plus!!!

The flexibility of being able to check in at our hotel and use the amenities prior to 4 pm was great however there was no kitchen lighting and the faucet in the shower would not stay up so you constantly had to play with the shower nozzle
