The room was very clean and comfortable. The $15.00 for parking your car was a little of the top tho! You should really give discounts for Florida Residence too, we drove 350 miles to come see Key West and to have to pay all the fees & parking fee is a bit much!

Property is beautiful, has lots of games on site, room was renovated, clean, and spacious; hotel has shuttle to and from the resort. Shuttle drivers are amazingly fun and helpful with tips! Staff is friendly and cordial, and we were served champagne at arrival!

Everything was clean and the staff is awesome. The service at the bars could be better. The hotel charges a $200 non refundable resort fee.
