Great location in Key west Truman annex

Property was perfect for me and my spouse. Second bedroom was two twin beds that would be okay for children. Bathroom had two sinks which was nice. Well stocked kitchen. We spent most of our time exploring the area and the condo was in a great convenient area. Only small downside was dealing with the keys, would rather have had a keypad. But not that big of an issue, just my preference as key was a little finicky.

Spring in Truman Annex

All was good for the most part...the draw back to this unit is the location within the complex. There is A LOT of street noise!! The other bummer is the fact that you have to keep the AC at 74 or higher. You can not turn it any lower, per the management. The kitchen has well stocked as far as dishes. We love Truman Annex so we will just look for a unit located away from the street.

Great location - you can walk to everything. Clean and comfortable. Loved the doors that opened to the back patio. All kitchen utensils and appliances were great. Highly recommend!

Best location and value

You can't beat this location; it is within walking/biking distance from just about everything. The only issue I had was with check in; I arrived at night and had a hard time finding the rental office. Once I found it, I had to use a flashlight to see the lockbox. Then I had a hard time finding the location of the actual unit and our reserved parking spot. Once I finally arrived at the unit, the key did not work and when I called the "emergency" phone number three times, no one answered and no one returned my call until the next morning. I was able to walk around to the back of the unit and use one of the keys to open the back door. The next day, the office advised a key code should have been sent to us via email, but it had not. Once we had the key code, access to the unit was convenient and there were no other issues, maintenance or otherwise. I have stayed in Truman Annex at least three times and have always had a great experience! Perfect for families. We only had one bathroom and four teenagers. Waiting around was a drag, but I was impressed that we never ran out of hot water!

Perfect location- midway to Duval. Well stocked, clean & comfortable

Back patio is wonderful with trees for shade and a nice table and chairs. Make sure the realtor tells you where to find the keys. This was the only thing missing from their very thorough arrival instructions. Back gate using the key makes access to east end of Duval even more convenient. I’d definitely stay here again.
