Awesome Location

The property we booked was gorgeous but there was unplanned roof work occurring. Due to that, we were offered the chance to move from Shipyard to Foundry, which was equally beautiful but with a smaller pool. We were allowed access to the original pool area however. Overalla beautiful community in an amazing location! i.

Colorful Cocktail

Property was still being cleaned when we arrived at the airport so Compass Realty let us store our luggage until our 4:00 check in time. The condo unit was well stocked, clean and spacious for a family of five. Parking directly in front of the unit was a big plus compared to their units we’ve stayed in at the Truman Annex. Just one block from the Green Parrot, our favorite bar, and two blocks from Duval. Very close to the Waterfront Park is excellent for sunset view. We liked it so much, we already booked the same unit for two trips next year.

Ton of fun and perfect location!

My buddies and I came and stayed for lobster mini season and this was the perfect stay! Great amenities, awesome patio, right next to duval, and plenty of sleeping arrangements. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is perfectly situated in the Truman District enabling 5-10 walks to all popular tourist destinations and dining in Old Town. Air conditioned and private back porch and well stocked kitchen. Well maintained although some updates were incongruous in theme. Comfortable for 4 people. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location-needs some up dating

We loved our experience down there. Over all the stay was wonderful but townhome needs a few things looked after. We did come after the season was up so maybe they had a lot of traffic through and are going to maintain during summer?! We loved how close this place was to everything and was grateful for that. For the price we spent we were expecting a bit more.

Though the location is quiet and convenient to all the fun of Key West, this unit needs some TLC and upgrades for the price. Loved being able to walk everywhere; beach, Mallory area, Duval, Truman Waterfront, and restaurants!

This property was so comfortable and spacious. We loved the decor, colors and furniture. The home was well supplied with kitchen essentials, towels, sheets, and washer and dryer. The back deck with the trees and plants was enjoyable as well. The location of this property was great, as it was within walking distance to everything! We highly recommend!

This house is perfect for a small group. Location is great close to everything. Kitchen was not stocked too well, but we managed. Plenty of towels but not enough toiletries for a week. Overall quiet and the pool was a plus.

I recommend this property. Only small issues which are easily fixable: missing stopper on bathroom sink, no iron ( but did have ironing board), additional plastic cups for drinks. Great location and Key West feel, plenty of space on back deck.

Great location

We had a great time in Key West but we did have an issue we didn’t have WiFi or cable for over half of our stay. We called this in but no one ever came to look at the issue and when I followed up with the realty agency they basically stated they would need to contact the owner. It never got corrected.

Wedding Week

This is a absolute perfect location in the Truman Annex! Very close to Green Parrot, Blue Heaven, Firefly, and Duval! My husband, parents, and brother stayed in this condo for a family’s wedding. The condo was very tidy when we arrived, however we entered from the patio door and when we walked to the front door it was left open. I am not sure if someone left in a hurry, maybe we interrupted them...but we did request an early check in and due to flight delays not make it until well after regular check in time. We made sure every night or when we left to double check the doors were completely closed. Other than that, it was very clean, decorated fun, and is in an excellent location. The first floor room was converted to a king bed and the room had plenty of unpacking space/area. The main bedroom upstairs was large and had plenty of storage/unpacking and hanging space. The third room had no area for unpacking (drawers, etc) so we put a luggage rack in the room and had to look for linens to make the bed for my brother. The bathrooms were clean but there was not much space for “getting ready.” I found myself going back and forth from the bedroom to the upstairs bathroom while doing my hair or putting make-up on. Honestly, it was only a big issue the night of the wedding. If that is not a worry for you, you’ll be set! All in all, it was a very nice place and we would stay here again.

The property was just as described. The rooms were a very good size. Plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was beautiful. It was in a central location; easy walk to all of our destinations. The pool was kept very clean, just the right size. Check in was very easy at Compass Realty. The people they were very helpful.
