The listing describes the home as being in a quiet, noise-sensitive residential area with “Good Neighbor” sound monitoring. This is materially inaccurate.The property directly adjoins an outdoor nightclub and bar with a pool and dance area immediately across the fence line. Amplified music begins around 11 a.m. and continues into the early morning hours, with crowd noise and flashing lights visible from the home. None of this 18-hour activity is disclosed in the listing.There are also several maintenance and habitability issues inside the home:• The mini-split HVAC in the main living area does not function.• Living room cushions are visibly dirty.• The front door is obstructed by overgrown plants.• Bathroom blinds do not provide nighttime privacy.• The flooring in front of the toilet and inside the shower is soft/squishy, suggesting water damage.• There is a persistent musty odor throughout the home.We were in peak season and unable to secure alternative accommodations.I rent properties monthly for business and personal travel and have never encountered such a significant discrepancy between a listing and actual conditions. This experience has substantially reduced my confidence in both Vacasa and Vrbo. I received no responses from Vacasa phone calls or texts.
