Such a cute property. We loved our stay at the Duval house. Check-in was easy and bonus was given a free drink at check-in. Room is quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms updated and shower was wonderful. Grounds were a little tropical oasis!

This place is like a jungle in the court yard area. With lots of iguanas in the trees. It was fun watching them move around in the trees. The staff was great but there were a few times our room service we requested was not done at all. But the staff quickly made it right. You are right on Duval St. so some noise but nothing we couldn’t handle. Breakfast every morning was a nice option to have right on the property and it was included in the stay. I loved it is an all adult facility. It was walkable to most place we want to see and the rest we just ubered.

every food option under the sun was available, everything was with in walking distance. night life was abundant, music was everywhere. shoppers paradise. a week was not enough will be back...The breakfast that was available every morning from 8 to 10 was outstanding the ladies that run the onsite cafe where both attentive and charming. The pool was relaxing and needed after a day of out on the town. the Parking can be an issue but options are available. would definitely stay here again.

Location in Key West is great. Awesome Breakfast. Free drink upon arrival, a water bottle when we departed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very nice hotel.

This is our first time here and I will certainly be returning. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer one free drink at check in. The property is centrally located in the heart of Duval street Room is large with a huge shower big tv and great AC. You should know if you come by car it is $30.00 a night We left our car and never used it again during our stay. Staff very helpful with suggestion on where to eat and go Pool is great to cool off in
