As a VIP I was supposed to receive a sparkling wine, but they only had one kind of wine one I don't drink ever being too sweet. Also around the pool, they only had two lounge chairs available. It's not enough for all the customers they have. The coffee could also be better quality. It was actually not drinkable.

Key West charm

The most amazing Key West Tropical feel! Our Cottage faced the pool, it was so tranquil and quiet! Location was perfect. In true Key West fashion the street parking could be an issue so get ready for a little walk back to the property. Also the breakfast was totally lacking and mostly everything out of a box except the fresh fruit. Overall I would totally come back to this property due to its beauty, location, and overall vibe! The employees are absolutely fantastic as well!

Great location and staff!

A nice place to stay. A diverse crowd. The staff was super friendly the location was central, but quiet - we walked everywhere. Only some minor negatives: the furniture was showing its age with some wear and tear. The breakfast was very good but it was the same every day - some variety would have been nice.
