This was our second time staying at the Hyatt Centric while vacationing in Key West. The hotel never disappoints. It’s always clean and well maintained. The staff is outgoing and helpful and the location is perfect. It’s walkable to everything in Key West and once we arrive the car stays parked in the onsite parking.

We had a great stay with one exception. We were asked when we wanted house keeping service morning or afternoon. We did not have anyone come the first three days of our stay and had to hunt down towels and wash clothes because no house keeping service showed up. After bringing it to their attention three days in a row we finally got house keeping on our final day. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. We loved the property!

Charging a hidden fee for parking is absurd. I use hotels.com whivh shows pricing including taxes and fees. So to my surprise that you get extra charges when arriving is crazy. And i forgot what else they charge for as well. But it wasnt just parking. I was to exhuasted from the drive and long day scuba diving and in the sun on a boat to hear what they said. I just wanted to get into my room so i just signed the paper and said "sure whatever"

Hotel has a good location. Room was clean and nice. But hotel premises need more attention. Elevator, door and floor damaged, corridor to access the room is not good condition either. And don't expect a hotel breakfast. I purchased the room with breakfast was not worth it at all and very confuse. Flamingo's restaurant that provided this service was not prepare for "breakfast". BUT the worst of all is the Macaw and the turtles- completely nonsense, so sad they are in small area. Macaw was visible sad. the Management team should relocate them to a better and bigger place. Our room had a great view, the whole staff was wonderful, everyone is very friendly, and a huge shout out to the bar tender Amber she is the best! The flamingo has the best breakfast. Loved staying here
