The location is wonderful and the staff is exceptionally nice. We come to KW often and used to stay at a neighboring hotel. After staying here we have decided to make this our KW hotel of choice moving forward. The snorkeling area is nice, seeing all the iguanas is fun, and we also enjoyed the live music by the bar and pool. Only areas for improvement are fans or some sort of air circulation in the workout room, and peridocially checking the snorkling area for broken glass.

Clean, best room ever. So spacious and so many windows. There were 3 balconies with comfortable furnishings out in the west and south windows and we watched the beautiful property.

Hyatt Centric-Key West Review

Location, the room and resort was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The room was very spacious and with a view of the water. The staff was always out byvthe pool to service guests.

It feels like vacation.

From check in to check out they did amazing. Welcoming drink just made you feel like vacation. The room and grounds are super clean. It seemed like someone was walking the pool area everytime I looked up.

Was upgraded to an absolutely stunning full ocean view room. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, bathroom was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the poolside staff was outstanding. The stay far exceeded my expectations

Stayed here before, staff were very nice. It was very windy, and our door was whistling all night. I used a towel to silence it the next night. It is a great location and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.
