We really liked this property and will come back for more. It was quite and comfortable. Kids loved snorkeling at the small beach and swimming in the pool. Room set up was very family friendly, functional and comfortable, but some of the appliances were not in top shape. Overall, it was a great place to stay while exploring Key West. We enjoyed all amenities at the beach house.

Pool filter

They charged me $84 for the resort fee, even though the pool filter didn't work. I went to the front desk and I told the lady about it and she sent me to see the maintenance supervisor (Jamal). He said he was fixing it, but it never worked. My family and I couldn't use the pool during the three-day stay. Jamal never resolved the issue with the filtre.

The concierge was phenomenal. Offered many options, very kind and booked anything we needed with ease. Didn’t feel pressured by them to do anything. Perfect size resort and didn’t feel over-crowded. Good size pool, perfect for the kids! Only thing is I wish there was more of a restaurant on the property, but everything was close enough it wasn’t bad!
