You are close enough to all the excitement of downtown Key West without being right on top of the nightlife.

Enjoy high ceilings and tranquil decor in this beautifully decorated home, complete with tasteful, rustic-nautical furnishings that will have you feeling immediately relaxed as you step through the front door! Feast your eyes on the gorgeous large bucolic wood dining table and an open kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. The well-lit kitchen, with two breakfast bar stools, includes an abundant selection of supplies and appliances that make it perfect for entertaining loved ones with your culinary skills. The plush and cozy living room lures you in with cool tile and natural light from large windows, inviting you to surrender your cares and enjoy the large flat screen TV. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This abode comfortably sleeps up to six people. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. If you need space for two more people, there is a sleeper sofa downstairs for your convenience as well as a half bathroom. Both bedrooms include flat screen TVs.

Gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds boasts panoramic tropical garden views. Enjoy a large heated swimming pool that invites you to soak up the sun while relishing our island’s warm breeze. · No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked within the community.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Fantastic place to stay for our needs. Close to the family we were visiting, walking distance to a couple of our favorite restaurants. Very clean! Quick responses via text for any questions. Printed instructions covered all areas very well. Kitchen had everything we needed for our week's stay. Lots of bath linens and towels for the pool. Pool was larger than we expected and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic time. Location is great. You’re far enough away from all the noise so you can get some rest but close enough that everything isn’t more than 5-10 minutes away. Would recommend having a car to get places. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Nice big comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax at the end of the day. Nice kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals.

The house was outstanding. Great space, everything as listed. Enjoyed the pool; however, there should be more strainers for bugs available. OTT, the pool was great. We only had 1 issue with garbage because intense rain knocked all the cans over the property, so garbage everywhere. The property managers were all over it and had it cleaned up quickly. The place was amazing.
