Beautiful resort with a perfect downtown location in Key West. Our room overlooking the ocean was absolutely beautiful. The sunset was like no other. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend

Was assigned the worst room in the oceanfront category that I had booked for 4 nights; 1st floor directly beside restaurant. Was told at check-in that they save the better rooms for longer term guests.☹️ I checked and the average stay is 1 to 3 nights. And had the pleasure of a fire alarm activating at 3:30 am that run for a solid half an hour. The fire dept. had to come & shut it off. And as a final insult never received an apology slipped under the door or via email for the extremely unpleasant experience. I had to ask at the front desk to see what the outcome was and they had no idea at all as what had happened. And enormous cruise ships will block your view daily from 8 to 5. Maybe don’t bother spending the money on oceanfront.

Location was excellent!!!! The section of the hotel we stayed in badly needs a face lift for the nightly rate we paid. The bathroom was really small and just not what I expected for the nightly rate. We asked for an ocean view room. Well we did get an ocean view when the cruise ships were not in port. We had cruise ships there do 4 of the 5 days we stayed obstructing the view. This was a disappointment. So double check if you are asking for an ocean view. Staff was hit or miss. All professional but some more friendly than others. If location is the most important part of the stay their location was excellent!!!

Everything about this property is five stars, from attentive staff, to the spacious room with pool and ocean view. The property is also walking distance to Duvall st., but far enough away from the noise of Duvall st.

it was a great experience (aside from the fire alarm at 4 a.m). The bathroom could benefit by: making it a walkin shower . the bathtub floor was slippery and there is nothing to assist in getting out - there should be grab bars (ADA compliant???) also the ceiling fan in the bathroom was VERY loud - that could use some help. all else was great. .

Perfect location! Staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice though somewhat rundown. A word of caution on booking oceanfront or ocean view rooms. The majority of the days between 7 /8am to approximately 5pm. Be prepared to have a large cruise ship as your view. A pool view would be preferable. There is a small on this when booking a room.

Room was beautiful, very clean. The view was beautiful, except when the cruise ship blocked it. Loved the coffee Keurig and all the coffee pods included. Champagne and glasses were a nice touch.
