Thought it was a wonderful place to stay. Only had a couple of issues. Need high rise toilets because there were very hard for tall or older people to use. Extremely low toilets. Didn’t have knowledge of the shuttle system and we rented a car which was not worth it. I would advise against it because parking is very expensive all over Key West. The Grove bar by the pool didn’t have enough staff and we waited 15 minutes and never were waited on. The room, maid service and the parking attendants were awesome. I would stay here again.

We stayed for four nights and experienced several issues during our visit. Housekeeping was not provided unless requested, and when we did request it, it was unavailable. As a result, we had to take out the trash ourselves and retrieve new towels from a cart, as instructed by someone else. The bathroom faucet was loose, and the shower water had extreme temperature fluctuations, being either too hot or too cold, with no comfortable in-between. Our guestroom faced the back of the pool restaurant, where there was a terrible odor and frequent water flooding, which produced a very unpleasant smell. Parking was only available through valet service at $30 per day plus taxes, but the valet staff were friendly and attentive. The pools were also dirty in some corners. It seems that the resort may have been in good condition in the past, but it now requires significant improvements. It’s disappointing because it has the potential to be a really nice place. I visit Key West every year with my family, but I will not be staying at this hotel again. The hotel is advertised as a luxury destination, but the reality does not match the images depicted on their Instagram page or the website.

I would highly rate the grounds and pools as very nice and peaceful. The room we stayed in was a little tattered and older than the pictures showed online and the furniture was quite literally falling apart. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever used at a hotel.

Beautiful property, loved everything except the pools were very warm like bath water....pools need a chiller to cool the hot day down. Have stayed at other places and the pools are cool. Don't like the valet parking if 35 a day even if you never have them get your car

The hotel was nice and location was pretty convenient. I had wanted to be further in the downtown older area (this place is apparently just on that edge). They do have a shuttle that takes you back and forth though so that was nice. The windows on the top floor definitely need to be cleaned bc we could hardly see out for our ocean view. There were several pools and they were great to cool off in each day.
