Overall a very nice property, we had a great stay. The property is out of the way from the downtown area, and near a school, if that doesn’t bother you. The dining options on property are extremely overpriced, but pretty decent food. There is a free shuttle that runs from the hotel to downtown and back, and that is nice, if you can plan your activities around that schedule. I did feel that the property cheaped out on some things- for example, it has the thinnest toilet paper I had ever seen in my life- I could see my hand through it! Same with tissues, bathroom products, etc, all very cheap. There were some signs of wear and tear in the room, but nothing that affected our stay. But overall, pretty nice and worth staying if you can find a discount code!

I think the client service going into the reservation was poor. There were wild fires between Miami and Key West where smoke was filled in the area and the highway was closed. The hotel would not accomodate a cancelation even though the highway was closed for a majority of the time leading up to the reservation. I will not stay here again and I am reluctant to use expedia again going forward due to this experience.

We picked this property for our first Key West trip for the free shuttle and the reasonable room rates compared to other locations. The shuttle runs regularly and was always on time - no waiting. This was a huge bonus. Parking in Old Town is expensive and hard to find. Although we did not use the pool area, it looked lovely. Our room overlooked the marina with a large balcony to lounge on at night. We had an issue at check-in and hotel information about the facility is not readily available. Our room was just okay and we had a premium room.
