The location is great, with lots of courtyard and pool space to lounge in around the property. We loved being able to rent bikes on site, as well as the included breakfast and happy hours each day.

Southern Inn is in need of major facelift. Peeling paint and old furniture. Definitely not worth the prices they charge for one night. Convenient location and close to Duvall St. but not worth the money.

Great service at front desk to the breakfast staff who were so sweet. I love the intimacy of this older original building with the 2 pools and a hottub. Rooms are small but clean and functional.

Room smelled like paint fumes/ammonia. Pillows were flat and junk. Mattress bowed in the middle creating horrible back pain. Bed was squeaky. Went for 5-7 happy hour and nothing was out. Floors in entire facility needed a good scrub- super dirty- had to lay towels out on floor. Piles of sand in room upon check in- clearly not vacuumed/swept/washed prior.

This is another hidden diamond in the rough. Everything about this place is great. The adults only matters when you just wanna get away from it all. The pools are great and spa. Breakfast perfect. Love the waffle maker. The staff is great and definitely staying again as this was our 4th or 5th time staying here.

Amazing. Great location, the inn really gave you the Florida Keys feel. Breakfast is good, and it’s a bonus having a 24 hour complimentary Starbucks machine for coffees, teas, and hot chocolates, and having a complimentary happy hour for wines and snacks. Bike hire available and cheap, and a heated pool really make you feel at home.
