DON'T BE FOOLED! Never Again!

The unit itself is really quite nice. But lets start with parking. It's NOT close, its in a small lot that is ALWAYS FULL and then you have to chug your luggage across a field of snow to get tot he unit. And if you are late coming back from dinner, there isn't any place to park so you end up parking on the street even further away. They don't keep the sidewalks clear! This the unit is up another STEEP flight of stares. If you're older, DO NOT rent this unit. My Parents were going to stay and they couldn't make it up and down without almost falling. Steep and narrow! Next, while the unit is a comfortable size, the walls are paper thin. Our entire trip we heard children running and screaming in the unit above us. We could even hear their bathroom "routines" It was awful. We complained but the unit manager said they couldn't do anything. We could never get a wink of sleep it was so loud. Several things don't work with the unit. The hair dryer doesn't work. The drains are VERY slow. When taking a shower you ended up ankle deep in your own shower water. This unit is not really worth the cost at all. Too many other places that offer better alternatives than to waste money here. Never again!
