Great stay! Communication with the homeowner and rental agency was easy. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything necessary. (I would mention that the nonstick skillets are due to be replaced.) A family of five or six would be comfortable in this condominium. Recent renovations have the unit looking clean and refreshed. The ski locker was convenient and a nice amenity. The walk to the lift was about five minutes in ski boots. The location was great for accessing the village area, which we did for Apres Ski and dinners. Parking for one car was available in the garage below, although it did fill up quickly and was a bit of a challenge for a large SUV to find a spot on the lower level. In addition, the elevators were a bit of a challenge as one of them was down for service the entirety of our stay. I realize this is uncontrollable by the homeowner, but it did impact our wait times. Overall, I can highly recommend this unit. I would absolutely book it again for a ski week.

Excellent stay in Keystone! We loved the comfortable accommodations and the location can’t be beat. Lots of nice little touches like having not only coffee available but the sugar and creamer too. You could tell a lot of thought went into the impeccable renovation. We would definitely stay there again!

Great unit! Building quirks (but addressed)

This unit was perfect for our family of three teens and two adults. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The construction next door only slightly impacts the walk to the lifts, and we could barely hear the machinery from this unit. The elevator had a breakdown on Sunday but building management immediately addressed it and it was fixed within 2 hours. The hot tubs and pool are nice, but at least one was closed at all times during our stay. This might have been due to spring breakers, and the maintenance folks were out cleaning so I know they were trying!This may sound silly but there are so many hooks available in the unit and it just makes it so nice to hang up swimsuits, snow pants, jackets, everything - I’ve stayed in a lot of places without sufficient hooks and I really appreciate that detail. The owners were extremely communicative and I would happily stay here again.

Best two bedroom at the Springs

The room is definitely the best 2 bedroom and largest at the Springs. The room is very well stocked, only hiccup with management company when requesting extra towels but the owner Tom was great and very accommodating. Great stay and highly recommend this room!

The Best 2BR at the River Run Springs

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tom and Jennifer’s condo. It was very clean and everything worked great. The balcony has a great view from the top floor. The kids loved the bunk bed. The condo has a lot of space to spread out and relax. This was our sixth time staying at the River Run Springs and by far our favorite. Thank you Tom and Jennifer!

Another great summer vacay in Keystone!

This was our 3rd summer in Keystone and staying at The Springs but our first time staying in this unit. It was perfect! More than enough room and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Very clean, easily accessible and checkin/checkout was a breeze! We hope to come back again next summer!

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We would go back. They did list that there was construction going on so we were not surprised by that but they do start early on the week days and work late, so it's about 6 AM to 7 PM while we were there in late June.

We enjoyed our stay at The Springs very much. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and no detail was overlooked by the owners. The check in and out process was seamless. We liked having access to the laundry facility and a heated garage to park the car.

Perfect Accommodations for a Family of 5

This unit provided for all of the needs of my family of 5 for a 7-day summer vacation to the mountains. The beds were VERY comfortable, all of the appliances/electronics were in working order, and the property amenities (e.g., pool, pool table, hot tubs, etc.) made for a fantastic stay. While the villages around Keystone didn't have much to offer (many of the shops were closed during weekdays), it is located 15-30 minutes from Breckenridge, Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne, Copper, etc., which have a ton of activities open all week long. I believe the owner understands this because the unit was more affordable than comparable units in those other areas. It is evident that the unit is older and might need a little refresh. Electrical sockets were loose or cracked, some windows didn't align perfectly, bathrooms were outdated and there were some cracks and wear on faucet handles and tiles, "artwork" kept falling off the walls, the trashcan lid was broken, some of the faucets were loose and kept falling off, some of the bowls and dishes were chipped, etc. However, these were all minor issues. The one primary recommendation I would give to the owner would be to install window ACs/swamp coolers for the summer months. Being on the property's top floor with vaulted ceilings led to 80+ degree temperatures inside. Unfortunately, we couldn't leave the windows open regularly because of sporadic rain showers. All in all, I give this unit and property five stars! My kids all said they wanted to go back next year because they loved it so much. I think that is the best testimonial.

Gorgeous!

The condo is amazing! It’s cleN, fully stocked with most anything you would need. The set up was great for our family of 5 who range in age from 6-44 yrs old. Tom communicated with us as needed. The complex met our needs as well! The unit doesn’t have air conditioning but provides plenty of fans that worked just as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Keystone!

Excellent!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo is very spacious. We stayed here with my two little ones (5 yrs and 1 yr) and they loved the bunk beds. As parents we appreciated that the master suite is separate from the 2nd bedroom to allow for some space and privacy from the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We used the BBQ on the balcony a couple times which was a lovely bonus from always having to eat out. In terms of the facility, the pool is fantastic for kids and adults alike. We also enjoyed its proximity to Keystone village - literally 2 minute walk. Overall, I can't recommend this property enough to families.

Keystone condo

The condo was lovely. The master bed was very comfortable, however the guest bedroom had a very hard mattress with hard sheets, which was not pleasant for our guests. There is only one parking pass for the garage and our guests had to figure out where to park without getting fined, which was also an inconvenience. I figure if you have a condo with more than one bedroom, there should be adequate free parking available near the condo.

Nice property, great location

The condo is clean and comfortable. We had a great time staying there. The only issue is it was on the 5th floor and there is only one elevator that services the fifth floor and it was out of service 2 of the four days we stayed there, including the day we checked out. I understand the condo owner isn't directly responsible for the elevator service but this was a major inconvenience. The day we left, we couldn't use the elevator so had to haul all our stuff down the stair way to the fourth floor and then could take the second elevator to the parking garage from there. Once again not the owners fault but was a major hassle that we were not expecting.

Great location but not as 'ski in ski out' as hoped

Overall, well maintained and well furnished property. Had delays in getting into the property due to door code not working. Support agent created a case but didn't have ability to solve the issue. After waiting with no call back, had to call again but this time another agent was able to get us in. Not the ideal start to our vacation. Though the walk to the gondola was not far, it wasn't a true ski in ski out experience. Not sure if there is a such an experience at keystone.

Very pleased !

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. It’s always a pain walking in ski boots but this location was perfect. So very close! Everything was updated and clean. Very simple check in and check out. Our vacation was great. I’m so happy I made this selection. It couldn’t have been better.
