Great location. But lots of issues

Had I realized there was no air conditioning, I would have never selected this property. Even with that, there was one poorly functioning fan for the entire place. Not even a ceiling fan. being on the first floor, it did not feel safe to sleep with the windows open, and that was miserable. The sole closet provided for guests was exceptionally small (I'd guess 3 hangers at best - but that is also irrelevant because there were no hangers).., but the closet was so stuffed with other items (ironing board, pillow, blanket, vacuum, etc..) that I was not able to use it at all. Quality of bedding and towels was sub-standard and need replacing. Toilet has flap problem and ran ofetn, Hook on bathroom wall had clearly fallen off multiple times.

The balcony was painted with a high VOC epoxy paint the day we arrived and not knowing I stepped into wet paint, ruined pair of pants. It was also very toxic coating that made not just our unit, but hallways and parking areas stink. It caused headaches. The building claims to be environmentally conscious and even have some sort of plaque in the lobby, but chose to use a coating that has high levels of VOC. These paints are not even allowed to be sold in CA. I
