Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. We chose the Iris room because we were told that it’s the largest. The room is indeed huge, but very poorly designed. Moreover, it’s a safe room, which means a tiny window for a huge room. Felt claustrophobic at best. We paid up
