Great city hotel. Easily found by all Grab cars, huge mall across street, but best secret is the market that is adjacent to mall, across large interchange but only 19 minute walk. Well worth it.

Wonderful hotel.

Great hotel. Wonderful hotel to stay. And there are lots of restaurants near in future Park. As the restaurant in the hotel can be a bit pricey.

The property was very nice and well maintained. It looks like a new property, with a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but there was no noise or issues caused by this construction at all. The Future Park Complex is very close, and the hotel has a shuttle which was very convenient. The staff were excellent and helped with anything we needed.

Very nice establishment. Pool was great. The view wasnt very good as was construction site on 2 sides and a shopping centre on another. The staff were fantastic and always wanting to help. Very clean and tidy.

Only complaints were the bed was a bit stuff and the second night the water in the shower didnt get hot so it was a cool shower but its within walking distance of future park mall which was nice.

Really enjoyed the live music and the breakfast buffet is recommended. This Novatel is better than the other Novatel sites that I’ve stayed in in Bangkok and I would highly recommend it if you have business or purpose to be in this area.

I highly recommend this Novotel

The hotel lobby and check in are extremely well organized. Staff was ready and helpful. The room layout and amenities are perfect. The lobby contains a gallery of small restaurants, each featuring different cuisines. And Alfredo’s the food, service and wine were outstanding and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Novotel.
