Within walking distance to Kiawah's 10-mile beach, the villa is located next to the Night Heron Park and offers easy access to The Sanctuary Hotel, the Kiawah Island Nature Center, the Nest Market, the Islands main gate, and Freshfields Village. The villa is centrally located to the 5 Public golf courses on the island!

The bright living room has plenty of comfortable seating space with a large sofa queen bed and a large flat-screen TV as well as access to the deck and screened porch. The screened porch features table and chairs for six people. The back deck is a wonderful place to get some fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen has ample cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is also equipped with cooking utensils and a well-stocked pantry of cooking essentials.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV and has direct access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a new refrigerator and new washer and dryer. Offers cable and high-speed internet.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

It does not include pool guest access.

This property was perfect for our 2-day stay on Kiawah. The location was close to everything yet somewhat secluded and very peaceful. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. @Kiawah for a wedding and this central location was great for easy walk to Roy Bart Tennis & Pickleball, Night Heron Park, beach and all golf courses. Clean, cool and well set up kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella!

Lovely villa at Kiawah

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The villa was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Close to the beach and to the bike paths.

Near the Sanctuary.....

Just a short walk to the Sanctuary, and to the Beach.Also right on Night Herron Park, great for families and children. The host was great about communication. Easy to reach, and checked with us to be sure our stay was going well, or if there was anything we needed. Minette was great!

Lots construction

We enjoyed the island but our first floor property was below a unit undergoing construction. They worked morning to midnight. The outside of our unit also was painted thus had plastic covering most windows. Vibrations from the unit above had caused recessed lights to fall from ceiling. We did see ants and a roach. We mostly avoided our property and stayed on the move.The unit was mostly clean. The main bath had some floor structure issues and was sloped causing many tiles to be cracked significantly. A dehumidifier ran a lot not surprisingly but we did not know how to empty it.The island was beautiful. This unit also needs some tlc based on the cost versus quality and noisy neighbors.

Great tennis spot

Just a short walk to the tennis center for Racquet Wars. Highly recommend this condo. It was clean, well stocked with essentials and comfortable. Minnette was on top of communication and we got immediate responses when we reached out. I would totally recommend this for small groups!

This villa is in a gorgeous, serene location, convenient to an excellent little beachfront park, the surrounding islands, and even Charleston. The villa itself is elegant and charming; quite large, yet inviting. It was stocked well with everything needed (and listed in the description) and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit Kiawah Island and our stay at this property. The hosts were very helpful and gracious and are great at communicating with us. Our whole family had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts to anyone looking for a vacation in this region.
