This private 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by lush maritime forest, overlooking a tranquil lagoon with beach access just a short 3 minute walk away.
This Kiawah Island beach cottage has been newly renovated and includes high end furnishings, a spacious screened porch, an expansive deck with a BBQ grill for cookouts! Guests can take the walking path right by the cottage to the nearest beach boardwalk with an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach day!
The open floor plan offers plenty of space for the entire family. The living room is spacious, comfortable and clean, featuring a leather sofa, 2 chairs and flat screen TV. To the right is a fully equipped, updated kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen opens to a dining area for 6, with all the comforts for your dining needs. To the right of the dining room is a large, screened porch with ceiling fan and extra space for you and your guests. (The perfect spot for cocktails and game night!)
478 Oceanwoods Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 ensuite bedrooms. Towards the back of this lovely home you will find the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with large vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and Bedroom 3 has two XL twin beds, a flat screen tv and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Spacious cottage in a great location
We loved being so close to the beach and bike trails. The house is very comfortable and clean. The screened porch was great. We loved watching for gators from the master bedroom window.
