I’m delighted to be writing the very first review for this wonderful hotel on Hotels.com. As a brand-new property, Mövenpick Kigali has made an excellent first impression. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also had the opportunity to try all three buffet services - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and each offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. What stood out most was the warmth and friendliness of the team. While the hotel is still new and there is naturally some room for refinement and additional training, every staff member we interacted with was genuinely welcoming and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel has a very bright future ahead of it. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali, and I look forward to returning.
