Subject: Urgent: Fraudulent Hotel Listing & Refund Request for Booking To the Hotel.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to report a fraudulent hotel listing on your website and to request a full refund. I booked a hotel called "N G Residance" in kigali for 5th October to 10th October and paid USD $450.00. Upon arrival, we discovered that no hotel by this name has ever existed at the listed location. It is clear that we have fallen victim to a scam facilitated by a fake listing on your platform. We endured a horrible experience, being stranded without accommodation upon arrival. We demand a full and immediate refund of the $450.00. Furthermore, we urge you to immediately investigate and remove the fraudulent "N G Residance" listing from your website. This incident raises serious concerns about your vendor verification process. Please take steps to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar ordeal.
