The Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali.

Un désastre ! responsable irrespectueux, à fuir !

Bonjour, réservation dans l'urgence de cet appartement où je ne remettrai plus les pieds. Premier point : il a fallu se "bagarrer" avec un pseudo propriétaire pour avoir la clé du portail pour rentrer mon véhicule. Second point : Pluie importante le lendemain de mon arrivée et pendant trois fois lors du séjour, je constate une fuite avec l'eau de pluie qui arrive dans la chambre. Je le signale, et le propriétaire promet de faire intervenir un couvreur sur le champ. Le couvreur n'est jamais venu et j'ai dû éponger le carrelage devenu très glissant à cause de cela par trois fois durant le séjour.... Troisième point : appartement sale et peu confortable. Oreillers très durs, obligé d'en racheter à Simba afin de dormir correctement. Insectes qui se promènent un peu partout, blattes et autres, voir les photos. Salle de bains dans un état piteux, photos. Cuisine indigne de ce nom, pas d'eau chaude, ustensiles de camp de brousse. Lit correct mais drap de protection de matelas inadapté à la taille du couchage. Bref, à fuir !
