Enjoy our little piece of paradise! This SUPER clean, one bedroom, one bath unit has been remodeled and updated. In the heart of Kihei, you are within walking distance to beautiful Charley Young Beach, famous Kamaole Beaches 1, 2, and 3, and popular Cove Beach, fantastic restaurants, incredible happy hours, shopping and more. You'll love the 3 private pools along with the newly resurfaced 6 championship tennis courts and Pickleball courts on the property. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a great meal or bbq on one of the gas grills just outside of our unit. The kitchen boasts new bamboo, soft-close cabinets, new refrigerator, granite countertops, flat electric stove, oven, new pots/pans, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, and more. There is also a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. In the living room, you'll enjoy the brand new 55” flat screen tv, dvd/ blue ray player, and cable tv. The comfortable new couch folds out to a queen size bed with a memory foam topper. The over-sized ground floor private lanai has a table, umbrella, and 4 chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee, have meals, or enjoy a mai tai. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with a new memory foam topper, new bedding, a tv, a large dresser, nightstands, a ceiling fan, and large closet. The completely remodeled bathroom has a walk in shower, granite counters, medicine cabinet, a removable shower head, new towels, and a hair blow dryer. Don't worry about beach gear! We have brand new Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, a new boogie board, and sand toys. There is also a portable playpen, if needed. We also provide complimentary wifi. There is air conditioning throughout the unit to keep you nice and cool. You'll love being able to just grab your beach gear and head out across the street to beautiful Charley Young Beach. My family (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this condo in Kihei! The location was perfect - while we drove to most places, it's still within easy walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and beaches. My kids loved playing on the lanai during downtime and keyless entry made coming and going a breeze. The cute condo was super clean, cool with AC, and had a fully stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prep meals. Master bed was very comfortable, and my kids didn't complain about the sofa bed. We especially appreciated the AMAZING beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, kids life vests, sand toys, and ice cooler bag) and food storage containers which made it convenient for us to pack picnic lunches for the beach. My kids also really enjoyed the pool on the property. We'd definitely love to come back if we are in Kihei again. Mahalo!

This unit is top class. They have everything you need. Really nice Kitchen. Lots of the stuff for the beach. Very quiet and beautiful corner of Maui Vista complex.

Nice place to stay

Property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Interior was nice, very clean and well stocked with beach accessories, etc. We booked this property weeks in advance and had no communication with the hosts until we finally reached out to them just a few days before our flight to Maui and obtained access information. Did not hear from the hosts the entire 9 days we stayed there, and no communication after we left. Would have appreciated them checking in while we were there to see if everything was going ok, and a thank you after we left for staying at their property would have been appreciated.

Home away from home

Our family had an amazing stay here during our trip to Maui. This location is superb in terms of location and ease of access to our favourite beaches. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor patio to start the day off right. We look forward to visiting again.

Great for family vacation with young kids

The only bad thing about this condo was how hard it was to leave. We stayed for a week with our two kids, ages 8 and 4. The Maui Vista complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Charley Young Beach, which is just a 5-10 minute walk across the street, is a long, picturesque beach with calm water in the mornings that was perfect for our kids to play in. We went there nearly every morning and some afternoons too. The condo itself is very quiet and has a nice lanai overlooking a large shared lawn that was great for eating outside. The unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly want, even child life jackets which our kids wore every day. It's also walking distance to a large ABC Store with a wide variety of reasonably priced meals that we went to often. We'll absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Property Smelled wonderful with beautiful flowering trees. Condo had everything we needed snorkel beach chairs cooler. Lots of clean lien and beach towels. Property Never felt crowded, plenty of parking. Near Charles young beach great for children 5/6 . Easy check-in process. Da Best shave ice and ABC store 2 min drive.

Worth It

Place is very clean and well ordered. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer is a plus. 2 individual packets of laundry soap were provided and appreciated. AC and fans are awesome! Beach equipment including towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, snorkeling and tennis gear, child life vests were all provided free and this is a huge plus. Even freezer packs for the cooler. Really nothing we couldn't find among the kitchen utensils and cookware. BBQs are just a few steps away with free propane provided. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk across the street to some awesome beaches. The location is far enough back from Kihei Ave so you don't hear traffic. The backyard area is very cool with a large lawn and coconut trees/flowers. It's shared but feels very private when on the individual lanai. You can't see the parking lot or any other condos from the back. We left the curtains open all the time. I really preferred this to an upper floor. The place is within walking distance of a few restaurants and stores. ABC Store (my favorite) is up the street to the left and has a large deli with fresh cooked food, Poke, hot malasadas and musubi. For driving, condo is close to the Piilani highway if you are heading south, upcountry or to West Maui. Kihei has some great places to eat including a couple of food truck lots. The owner was super responsive. I sent a text with a question and they got back to me right away. Very reasonably priced.

Great place, great location

Perfect place for us to stay with our 18-month-old and four year old. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants; groceries a short drive away. We had a great time at Bill & Lauri's place. Everything was clean and we loved the location close to all the spots in Kihei. Beach chairs and umbrella were invaluable and the snorkeling gear was a must!

The condo was just what we wanted.. Great location, clean , & well maintained . Had a little issue checking in because the entrance code had not been updated. But I was able to reach the owner and he was able to update it quickly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful 10 Day Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at your property! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were so great to have for the beach (I could see a wagon being helpful if more things were needed at the beach given there is a walk to the beach). It made our time on the beach so relaxing and enjoyable! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival! The keyless entry was fantastic as we didn’t have to worry about a key! The pools are on the smaller side (which for us wasn’t an issue…just a note for those looking). Bill was very responsive to any questions I had! Thanks for a wonderful stay!! It was a great first trip to Maui!

Two weeks in Kihei

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill’s condo. The condo itself had everything we needed (except a kettle for us tea drinkers😉), with plenty of beach accessories and was very nicely decorated. Clearly some thought was put into making the condo feel comfortable. Bill was very responsive to any questions I had. Our first VRBO experience and overall a very positive one.
