This family condo is on the top floor with ocean and mountain views. indoors is 1350 soft with the lanai it's over 1400 sq ft. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom unit is a great vacation rental for larger families that have a hard time finding a place for a large family. It is on the 3rd story. T.V's in all bedrooms and living room
This is a lovely ocean / mountain view condo. It is in the central location of Maui, and only +/-11 miles from the airport. We are central to many activities, shops, restaurants, tours, and beaches on the island.
This Resort has a wonderful Sauna, pool and hot tub, just steps away from the unit and offers a wonderful area for family BBQ"s (5) and as many tables, an outdoor kitchen in which you can cook, sit, have a drink, and eat all while enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Maui. This is not something every resort can offer. Plus your children can swim and be with you while you cook. It offers, just outside the gated pool area, through the Maui county 3 tennis courts along with a large area for play and picnics. A few steps further and you are standing on a beach or in the Pacific Ocean. This is part of a 6 mile beach in which you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while the sun sets or you could simply enjoy the morning breeze, go for a jog or leisure walk while dipping your feet into the great Pacific Ocean. You could even go for a quick swim. Absolutely spectacular. Just be sure to rinse your feet before entering the pool area. There is a water tap provided just before you enter the pool and a shower inside the gated pool area. It offers ground shuffleboard for guests to use and even some mini putting holes
This condo has a large lanai and new split air conditioning system in every room.. Great for those hot days.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a Cal king bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal king bed and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The 3rd bedroom features 2 queen beds and a reading area above the bunks.. It has its own bathroom. We have a single Murphy wall bed in the living room There is cable T.V in the living area and one in the master bedroom. The kitchen has all of your basic needs. We have also included a stock of plastic dishes for you to take to the pool if you are wanting to eat there the as glass is prohibited. We provide you with a large washer and dryer with laundry detergent. There are some garbage bags, scrubs, and soap as well to get you started.
This is a non- smoking unit inside and out and although we love animals this is an ""no pets" or any other animals including service dogs allowed in this unit/condo due to severe allergies.
