The condo had a great location. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. It had a great view of the ocean, nice beach, and there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler to bring to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and we slept well each night!

Comfortable Condo with A Great View!

Overall we had a nice stay. The condo has everything you need, plus it offers an incredible view of the ocean. The beach is right across the street. The complex is right off one of the main roads in Kihei, so the road noise can be a bit loud. It's a long walk to the business/shopping area, so you really do need to have a car.

Great property with amazing views

We had the best time at this gem. The flat is well stocked with plenty of kitchen and beach items. The homeowner was absolutely amazing! My daughter locked us out of the flat and she was very quick to respond and help us out. 12/10 recommend this spot!

Magical beachfront getaway!

Adorable decor, Super Duper comfy furnishings, fantastic view from the lanai! Surprised with the box full of goodies on the lanai for many wonderful days spent at the beach! Loved the convenience of the Tommy Bahama chairs, and umbrellas, which we used almost every day!

Great location, perfect for our family of four

My husband, teenage boys and I enjoyed our stay in this Kihei condo. We loved being able to enjoy coffee on the balcony or across the street at the water. The beach itself was not crowded and we were surprised to see turtles swimming too. The unit was clean had everything we needed to make a few meals rather than eating out. It was convenient to have a cooler and chairs to use at the beach and the washer and dryer to wash clothes. The complex itself is quiet but is near the main road, so you do hear the cars go by.

Amazing Ocean Views & Beach Access

This Kihei condo was the perfect fit for my young family. It was centrally located with access to beaches (one 20ft away), amazing sunsets shops and restaurants. The space itself was open, full of light and very comfortable all around. We'll be back!

I’ve never left a bad review before but I would like others to be aware before booking this property. We stayed at this unit early October, it was not clean. The washroom was grimy, most of the fixtures rusted. The unit was dusty, as an example, our bedside seashell lamps were caked with thick with dust, it was just shocking. The unit didn’t feel spacious as their photos showed. I did reach out to the owner and they were immediately defensive. So I just sent pictures of the dust so they can notify their own cleaners for before the next guest. The air conditioner kept tripping and then stopped working but to their credit, they did send someone to fix it. The complex manager, whose not affiliated with this unit, he was the one on site that worked there was very nice and helpful. Our friends stayed in another unit in the same complex and theirs was renovated and very clean, completely opposite to ours. The location is good, right by the water, close drive to amenities. But we were just unhappy with our stay in the unit itself.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was the perfect stay for our family. The location is perfect- right in the middle, across the street from the beach and close to a lot of amenities. We simply loved it here. The ocean view is very underrated from the lanai- there are power lines that come across- but for the location, price and set up it didn’t bother us at all. Our only complaint was that the kitchen wasn’t well stocked with cooking supplies. We love to cook on vacation and we found it hard to make a few things. But overall we would stay here again. The kids loved the pool which is right at the bottom of the steps, and the hot tub was a nice treat. Loved waking up sitting on the lanai and listening to the waves and seeing Haleakala when the sun came up.

Highly recommend this unit! Location on the island is central, has a great view of the ocean and right in front of the complex pool. Unit was very clean and any communication required was quick and efficient. I would stay here again!

A very picky mama who could not find a single problem with our stay!

Firstly, I booked this unit before I saw anything but positive reviews. Once I discovered negative reviews I considered canceling my reservation but being a business owner I know that some reviews can be over the top and deserve an explanation from the property manager. I spoke with Patricia and was more than satisfied that not only does she take great pride in caring for this unit but I was convinced that our first trip to Hawaii would be up to standards. To make a long story short, we never saw a single bug, spider, roach etc at anytime during the week, everything was clean and actually even more adorable than the images. In addition I would like to add that it’s Hawaii and there are roaches all over the island, the instinct is to want to open the doors and let all the air snd beauty in but you have to use the screen doors because that is how the bugs come in. It’s not the fault of the property owners if the guests invite nature in so do your part and keep the units clean by keeping doors closed. Thank you, this condo was perfect for us and our dream trip

Great Stay on Maui

We recently stayed in 201 despite the recent reviews of roache “infestation.” This is not our 1st time on Maui, and are well aware of the types of bugs, including roaches, that may be seen from time to time. With that being said, I spoke with the management company twice before our arrival, and they assured me that the owner had taken care of the issue. Do you want to see roaches? Of course not, but are they present on Maui? Absolutely. During our week stay I am happy to report that we only saw 3 tiny guys. On checkout morning we did see a huge one, but it was outside on the 1st floor, not near the condo at all. Now, on to the review. We really liked our stay here. The views were to die for. I loved waking up to make coffee and just stare at the ocean from the kitchen window. The condo came with extras we normally have to grab on our own when we rent such as hand soaps, dish soap, sponge, laundry soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, and also beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas) in the bin on the balcony. The condo is in a great location on Kihei rd, and all you have to do is cross the road and you're right on the beach. Things I think could use some improvement: 1. the wall outlets: The plates are either hanging off the wall or have holes next to them. 2: beds are very firm, to the point where we didn't sleep very well all week, but that could just be preference. 3: Only 1 TV in one of the bedrooms. We gave our kids that room so they had something to watch at bedtime. 4: There were not any kid sized cups, so I left a couple in the cabinet for the next family with kids. We sat on the balcony most of the time so no need for the windows. It would be nice if there were staple spices for use, such a salt & pepper. We have rented many condos in the past (even during covid) and they all had the bare minimum staples to use for cooking. A dish strainer for the sink would be great as well, but we just left the clean dishes to dry on the racks in the dishwasher. The beach umbrellas definitely need replacing, as they are both broken & cannot stay up. There is definite road noise from Kihei rd, especially at night. But honestly, we slept through most of it. All in all the condo was a great stay, and would recommend it to anyone who is familiar with Hawaii, the climate & the bugs you may see.
