Our unit was clean and quite up to date, and exterior facilities like the pool, gym, and community BBQ grills (gas) were also up to date, and well maintained. Room layout was great: as a 2BR (1 queen in upstairs loft bedroom with a “master bath”; 2 twins in main floor hallway bedroom) it also had a full sofa bed as advertised, and accommodated 5 without any issues. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and the in-unit laundry helped minimize the amount of luggage needed. The resort is particularly well located for travel to all major tourist destinations (Haleakalā, road to Hana, tours/activities out of Maalaea, or even driving towards West Maui attractions) while still close to some nice public beaches, and parking was easy with open spots near the elevator/stairs basically every time we returned back to the resort.

We used this property for a technician working in the area, and he found it very nice and comfortable. The location was convenient, with grocery stores nearby, which made his stay easier since he was there for a few days. There’s no cleaning service provided, so you’re responsible for tidying up after yourself, but the comfort of the property makes it well worth it.

Loved the grounds, full of beautiful tropical plantings. Nice pool area and places to grill outdoors. All building have lanais with tables. Only a short walk to the beach and the Pacific ocean. Great sunsets!

Everything was great first time staying on a condo. I did let them know on the front desk. I should’ve asked more questions though about how many times a day they will go clean. I would never put the do not disturb sign on the door, but they never came in wants to clean or change towels but yet again not too sure if they did that daily or every other day automatically also be very careful about losing the door key. I got charged $250 for the extra key

We have stayed at other adjoining properties. We have found them all to be nice and well maintained, as was this one. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. We did not like the excessively high cleaning fee. We will probably avoid them in the future.

This property though not a new built is in a good location, it is clean and the grounds are well maintained. Love the garden view from our lanai. A five minute walk from our unit to the beach. Enjoyed proximity to South Maui Gardens/food trucks, groceries , places to eat and shop. Not too happy with the check in staff though who had some kind of condescending attitude .

Not a lot of direction for any of the amenities. Want to rent some snorkelig gear and waited over an hr for the clerk to come back from break so I just gave up. No restaurant in the resort was also not good had to drive to find food.

The location is perfect! The beach across the street is clean and spacious. The pool and grounds are well cared for and beautiful. The front desk staff was friendly and the elevators were fast. The property itself is great. The room was just ehhh. We had two units side by side and I wasn’t overly impressed with either. Each had one small window sized AC unit which only keeps the living room and dining room cool * not cold , the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom are VERY HOT. Made for difficult sleeping. One unit had tiny gnats all over. Decor is very outdated. Floors need a good steam clean. I wouldn’t stay here again for the lack of AC alone.

It was an absolutely perfect stay. The unit we stayed in couldn’t have been better—comfortable, inviting, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the incredibly well-equipped kitchen to the beach chairs, toys, and other amenities, everything was easy to find and clearly chosen with care. Of all the places I’ve stayed in Maui over the years, this one truly stands out above the rest.
