Relax in this great living area after a fun-filled day on Maui! Complete with flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite movie, sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, ceiling fan, and window AC.

A little TLC would go a long way.

Property is in a great location and has a very useable floorpan. The wall air conditioners are old and sound like they are on borrowed time. The one in the living room is so noisy that you can't hear the T V when it is on. The carpets are a mess. Stained and appear to be in need of professional cleaning.

Property is a good value. Enjoyed relaxing in the condo after full days of running, snorkeling, swimming, and hiking. Unit could use a few upgrades but very comfortable and clean.

Partial ocean view and next to the pool!

We loved staying in this unit! Great floor plan, big kitchen, and we were pleased to have a partial ocean view. Also, they were just steps away from one of the pools, which was convenient and lovely. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the tennis club next door to play pickleball. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again!

Check-in was very easy. Very quiet after 9 pm. The unit overlooked the 2d hole of the Blue course. It was fun watching the golfers hit their fairway shot to the green. Assigned parking in front of the bldg was nice. A few concerns: the downstairs unit’s window AC was loud. The bed had a foam pillow top that made the bed too soft. We removed it. Housekeeping overlooked a stain on the fitted sheet when they replaced the sheets before we checked in. Housekeeping replaced it after I called the management company.

Nice Location

Nice location, the unit itself is quite dated and located on the second floor. Proximity to the pool was nice but the stairs to the unit became tedious as the week went on. The TV in the living room did not work but the wifi was great, we were able to work remote with no issues.

We love Grand Champions!

This condo has a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. In the morning you can sit on the lanai and enjoy a coffee. We liked that it was close to the pool and bbqs. This condo still has a lot of the original furnishings, tile countertop, carpet, but has been well kept. A larger tv, new comforter for the bed, add a cooler and beach umbrella, would be my only suggestions.

Good rental for couple only

We are family of 4 rented this place for 10 days. It has one bedroom with 1 queen bed and other one is pull out. The pull out bed is of no use and even a child can't sleep on it due to no padding in mattress. The bars of the pull out pokes you. We contacted the host and they provided us with a foam topper. We still had to lay the mattress on floor and sleep there. Overall it wasn't bad as it has a beautiful view of mountain and ocean. Pool is just steps away from the unit. A very quite and beautiful location. It's little dated though and could use some upgrades. We liked to cook at home mostly case of little kids and Covid. The kitchen only have 1 saucepan, and couple of frying pans. It could use more pots and pans. Host was quick to respond. Another drawback was checkout time is at 10 am, which I think is quite early if you have little kids. We had to rush out of the place.

Quiet an off road with only the silent sound of golf balls away across the fairway seen from my Lanai. Your privacy is respected. Oh, almost forgot, there's a great view of the ocean as a bonus.
