Location is excellent, easy walk to a great beach. The layout of the unit makes it seem larger than it is and two bathrooms are a major plus for a family. Property management is very responsive. Needs some TLC/ deep cleaning to be 5 stars.

Easy walk to the beach

We really appreciated that the code for the condo's lock had been designated specifically for us and wasn't the same code used for the guests prior to us. We also appreciated that the AC had been turned on for us prior to arrival which made the unit very comfortable as we settled in. The owners/management company also reached out to us during our visit to ensure we had our needs met. The condo is a very easy walk to the beach and convenient to many local restaurants and shops. The furnishings were in great condition and the bed was very comfortable for both myself and my husband. The two bathrooms which was also very nice. The unit itself hasn't been updated in a while, but we were very comfortable and would definitely return for another stay.

Nice place to stay

My husband, two kids and I stayed at this place for half of our Hawaii trip. The place is very nice and clean. A bit small, but air conditioning was nice to have and worked well. The two bathrooms was a plus! The management company was very attentive and quick to fix the WiFi problem we encountered. Assigned parking on the second floor of the garage, so pull up and unload luggage before going to park. Very conveniently located across the street from a nice beach with a lifeguard during days. Cons would be the pool rules, there are a lot and seems like they discourage kids from playing at all. We let ours play though and has no issues, but that could vary depending on other guests at the time. The lanai was very tiny, so there is no eating breakfast outside option. The size of the condo was also kind of a con, but one we could work with. You have to choose between having the pull out couch out and the cushioned chair there to watch TV or the dining table, it’s an either or situation. But we made it work. Overall a very pleasant stay and we had a great time.
