Loved our stay here, the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved how close it was to the beach, we were able to see the sunset at the beach every night. Everything was just a few minutes drive from here, loved the location. We will be back.

We love the Maui Banyan. Our room was great! They were clean had everything we required and the beds were SO comfortable! The grounds are beautiful peaceful and we loved the hot tubs!!! We look forward to booking again!

Overall a nice condo in good condition, but with a few issues.Pros: Nice layout, plenty of room for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, and well appointed bedrooms. A/C in all rooms ran really well and kept the condo cool. Newer Tommy Bahama beach chairs and collapsible wagon to take to beach. Maui Banyan was a really nice property, well maintained. Nice pool area. Cons: Third floor location, no elevator (should be stated in listing) so lugging beach chairs, and wagon, or luggage up/down 3 flights of stairs was a challenge. Pocket doors separating living room from bedroom had frosted glass for some, but not much privacy, that also let in a lot of light into the bedroom making sleeping harder for those who like to sleep in. Curtains in bedroom more for privacy than blackout curtains, which also let a lot of light in. Had to vacuum several dead bugs off of the sofa in the living room when we first arrived, and daughter has pictures of spiders and spiderwebs in primary bedroom and bathroom (308A). Folding door in laundry area needs to be fixed. Came off, but I was able to get back in place. Noisy exhaust fan in 308 bathroom ran 24/7. Dishwasher needed rinse agent added to run, of which there was none, so I filled it with tap water for warning light would go off and dishwasher would operate. Would recommend Maui Banyan, doubt I'd rent T308 again at the price I did.
