The property as shown is not accurate. The picture shows beautiful ocean view which is not true. Only few units may have sea view but you need take stair to higher floors. The most important information is not surfaced properly that the property has NO A/C. You will have to use fans and open the windows. You will hear noise from swimming pool but found it silent after 10:00 pm. Overall the unit was clean and well managed. All required utensils and facilities were there. Staff were friendly. I asked for additional fan and they provided. The property is located at a special segment of sea where water is dirty and maroon black. There is no beach it’s only rock. You have to travel 1.5 miles to walk or spend time on beach. Overall it’s a reasonable property based on pricing and VR features.

Quiet, well maintained, and centrally located. There is no AC some staying in the peak summer months could get uncomfortable. We were able to keep the windows open for a nice cross breeze so we were fine.

The property itself was ok. I am ok with no air conditioning, there were overhead fans but with the windows open, there was so much noise from the pool, people and crew walking around and of course, from the wild chickens throughout the property. They like to crow at 1am and at 3am. The ground crew started mowing the property outside my window at 815am, which was inconvenient.

Good place to stay with all food places near by (~5-10 mins). Has all the basic amenities including extra beach towels, utensils and dishware for the kitchen. A few good to know about this place is that it doesn’t have AC, which for us wasn’t a big deal as the temps overall were good, but not having AC means you have to leave your windows opens for circulation as without it , it may get hot. Since they are open, you can hear everything that is happening outside - mainly the guests and kids using the pool AND the roosters and birds starting to chirp early in the morning. So beware of this situation and make sure you are ok with it. We were fine given the price we paid for it but something to keep in mind when booking. They also had good beach gear to check out (free) but it might be gone so check for availability.

We had an amazing stay in Maui! The beachfront location was unbeatable, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. Super clean, kid-friendly, and close to everything. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay here again!

No warm water, the fans didn’t work, no A/C. We stayed for an hour before leaving. Originally reached out to management to cancel our stay because the a/c was going to be an issue for medical reasons. They denied our cancellation, and we were just going to ride it out. However after no warm water, fans not working properly and poor management we left. Only place with AC in hotel is the lobby. Management was supposed to call us back on Friday and they never did. Also management is based off of las vegas time zone so good luck trying to get a hold of them.

Good location, beautiful property and pool area, close to the food places and beautiful local culture, all the places and beaches were close to the location. OGG Airport was also close. Very quiet and safe location. You might not get the room which has been shown in the picture, depends on availability, i got 1st floor without beach view but beautiful pool and jacuzi view.

We had a great stay here! We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room. Just FYI the 2 bedrooms are on the ends of the buildings so if you want an ocean view, you'd want a 1 bedroom. We were on floor 1 so our lanai extended out to a nice grass area with a cute path directly to the pool. The only issue we encountered was our fridge was dripping water inside. There is no AC but we were given 3 fans prior to our arrival. With the stand fans, ceiling fans and windows cracked, you don't notice no AC! We had two kids with us and they enjoyed having access to the free storage closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. When we checked in, it was rather late and the office staff leave at 7pm. We were greeted by a very nice security guard, Mike. (i believe was his name) he helped us get checked in, showed us our parking spot, took us to our door and helped with luggage. Wonderful stay and we will definitely be back :)

Everything went well at this location, the only problem was that there was NO AC in the unit. That was a BIG problem it was so hot inside the place with only standing fans. Other then that it was ok

Overall a decent property. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a pull out couch with queen bed. It felt a decent size for family of 6. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The suite was clean, stocked with cleaning items and in good shape. Decor about 15-20 years old but in good shape. The pool was a nice size (50 feet wide), clean and well kept. My loud kids didn’t pose any issues. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. I must have missed this when booking but we don’t need a cold temp to sleep so we were fine. However, I can see this being a deal breaker for anyone who needs a cool room to sleep well. Overall I would stay again given the price point - an affordable place for a large family.

I was woke up at 6 am each day by guests who used the carts parked outside my window. I didn’t like paying another fee when I arrived. The sliding glass door was screwed shut so I have this nice access to the pool that I can’t use. I liked the kitchen supplies
