Beautiful property in great location
This is a terrific property in a great location. Everything is just as it is advertised -- beautiful and clean condo, lovely renovations, comfy beds, full washer/dryer, kitchen fully equipped, great layout, quick walk to both pools...grounds are impeccably maintained...gorgeous beach just across from pool...easy walk to shops, market, resorts...etc...can't wait for our next visit!

This property is the BEST vrbo I have ever stayed at. The unit is immaculate and looks identical to the photos on line. The location of the unit within the property is a 10! It’s a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.The higher elevation offers views that are absolutely spectacular! The lanai has a dining area and two lounge chairs for relaxing while you watch the stunning sunsets. Al has thought of every single detail… the kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms have plenty of towels, the beds are comfortable and the bedding is high end. Al provides beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, pickle ball paddles and everything/anything else that you will need to take full advantage of all that Elua has to offer. However, if you have any questions Al is just a text away and his response time is immediate! He was so helpful and kind. The overall location of the property is TOP NOTCH! The beach walk that stretches along the shore line gives you access to all of the 5 star resorts. What we loved about staying in this property was the privacy and the space that one gets by staying in a home rather than staying in a cramped hotel room. Yet the Elua feels just like an upscale 5 star resort. It is surrounded by beautiful hotels for dining, live music, going to a luau, and amazing golf courses…. All within steps! I could go on and on…. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! But I will not make that mistake when we return. You will LOVE everything about staying at this property!

Amazing Place to Stay!
The condo itself is wonderful and the perfect home base. Lovely, comfortable, beautiful view, spacious, well stocked. We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful property in Wailea. The place was immaculately presented, boasting cleanliness and abundant sunshine. The views were simply breathtaking, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The property’s location was incredibly convenient, being just a short stroll away from the beach, shops, and a variety of restaurants. Despite its central location, the place was peaceful and quiet, providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our balcony. It was truly a sight to behold and made our evenings all the more special. This place proved to be the perfect holiday spot for relaxation and quality time with friends and family. This place was absolutely perfect. The second I walked in my jaw dropped. It is even better than the pictures. It’s so exclusive, you feel like a super star staying here. Security lets you in through the gate and you have parking right infront of the room. Easy access to a flawless pool, right infront of the beach. Super clean, very fancy. Al is a fantastic guy, so grateful for all his help during our vacation. We will be back for sure!!

Best location, very comfortable, incredible sunsets on the lanai
Everything about this stay was spot-on for our family's week-long getaway. Al reached out on our arrival day to make sure we were checking in ok, and made clear he was easy to reach in case of any problems (not that we had any!). The rooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen large and well-stocked, but in truth we spent most of our time out on the lanai, enjoying the amazing view. As for location, we could not have picked better. You're about a five-minute downhill walk from Ulua Beach - small and calm, with great snorkeling on the north end. Walk north along the beach path another 5-10 minutes to Keawakapu - probably our favorite overall for its expansiveness and more active surf. Or if you're not carrying too much stuff, stroll south along the paved path to Wailea and Polo beaches. I actually took a great morning walk all the way down to Po'olenalena. And the main Wailea shopping complex is also only a 10 min walk away - easy for restaurants, groceries, ice cream after sunset. If you've got more stuff with you, driving to any of these beaches is really quick, and parking is easy. And Kihei itself is a very short drive away - lots of great options for meals and treats. For an easy yet fun-filled Maui beach stay, I wholeheartedly recommend booking Al's place.

Very nice condo situated near oceanfront promenade in Wailea and snorkeling beach. Great snorkeling within approximately 5 minute short walk from the condo. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and lanai. 2 pools and clubhouse on property with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Easy walk to Wailea retail shops. We had a great time and would stay again.

This beautiful condo has a perfect location in Wailea — walking distance to beaches, pool, neighboring restaurants and shops. The view is spectacular— the whales put on quite a show! The unit is very well equipped and the owner was so easy to work with. We’ve been to Hawaii 18 times and this was our favorite stay in a condo. Highly, highly recommend!

It is better than the pictures, which I did not think was possible. Words cannot describe the Lanai and the view from it. We spent hours out there everyday. It is a quick walk (~3-5 min) to the beach. The condo is well stocked and has everything you could need. The host is very communicative and answered all of our questions and offered recommendations.

We initially planned to stay at a large resort in Ka’anapali; however, this spacious condo offered a more stunning ocean view, a fully stocked kitchen and laundry that worked out better for our family, comfortable beds, a huge lanai, and a better beach! Everyday we walked down to the waters of Uloa Beach and literally swam with sea turtles. The Wailea Elua complex where this condo is situated is well-maintained with beautiful tropical landscaping that is cared for by hand (no power tools means no noise!) and is a haven to countless geckos and beautiful sounding birds that our children loved. Because this part of Wailea offers a boardwalk along the water, we took incredible family pictures at sunset every night. The Wailea Beach Resort is right next door and has a giant rope swing for the kids and an incredible restaurant: Humble Market Kitchen (with a three course kids menu.) The nearby Shops at Wailea have numerous stores and restaurants that our daughters ages 6 and 8 loved (see list below.) Al is genuinely nice to work with and he has an incredible condo on what is actually a newer and nicer part of Maui than what we were anticipating. Stores we liked: -Blue Ginger (purchased awesome matching dresses for luau here!) -Soha home goods store -Gilligan’s Luau (incredible value) -Honolulu Cookie Company Restaurants: -Humble Market Kitchen (awesome $10 plates at happy hour) -Manoli’s (great view on golf course) -Akamai Coffee (great breakfast strong coffee)

Trauma in paradise
While those in Lahaina suffered catastrophe, we played on the beach and relaxed with our children and grandchildren. It was surreal to be so close to devastation. Al, the owner, is amazing. When our plane was delayed, he allowed us an extra night without charge. A few kinks were resolved immediately. The place is lovely and the owner is a totally responsive and accommodating.

Look No Further
We are a family of 5. We loved the experience at Wailea Elua. For starters, the property is an ideal location, situated between the Marriot and Andaz. It’s was walking distance to many of the great restaurants as well as the shops at Wailea. Being a golfer, we could also walk to The Blue Course at Wailea, the best of the three. There was a beautiful walking path with ocean views between the Fairmont on the South end and the Andaz on the North. The path could be accessed right from the pool at Wailea Elua. The condo unit was spotless and well appointed. Think beach chairs, a cooler, and even a blender. We were very comfortable. The best part of the unit is the balcony for sunrise and sunset. Being on the 2nd floor, and also at the highest end of the property gave this unit the best views! The pictures don’t even do justice! We can’t wait to return!

This was our first time to Maui but not our first time to Hawaii. The property is beautifully renovated and the close proximity to the beach was a must for us. There’s a pool right by the beach which allowed us to go back and forth as much as we wanted. The view is gorgeous! The home was very comfortable with beach chairs and boogie boards provided. It had all the comforts of home. My kids throughly enjoyed it. Al and his team were super communicative which I very much appreciated. The condo is conveniently located in Wailea in between the Andaz and the Wailea beach resort. It’s also super close to Kihei. We loved our stay here! We will be recommending to friends who are looking for a place to stay in Maui.

Clean Condo with a VIEW!!
Perfect place for our family vacation. Great location with access to the beach and beach pathway to area resorts. All the amenities of home with a hotel/ resort feel. Very easy access and parking in a secure gated community. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. well stocked with towels, linens, beach gear, dishes and full size modern appliances. We had such a great time in Wailea. The condo and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The beach is just a short walk away and the snorkeling right off the shore is wonderful. We saw a ton of fish and swam with the sea turtles. Such a cool experience! I loved the close proximity of the stores, restaurants, and bars. Everything within walking distance. Al was a great host and very communicative. We would love to stay here again!

Better than advertised!
I'll be honest - when I saw all of the glowing reviews for this condo, I was skeptical that it could be that good. Turns out it was better. The location in Wailea is perfect - close enough to the beach, Wailea beach walkway, shopping and the rest of Maui, but set back enough to be private and above the fray. We walked each morning along the beach walk, past the resorts and thanked ourselves for not staying in one of the hotels. It was great to have the space, the well-equipped kitchen and that view! It made for a perfect home base for our Maui excursions. The condo is very well-appointed and updated with modern appliances and furniture. And as some of the other reviewers point out, Al could not have been a more accommodating host. He was attentive and informative, checking in prior to and during our trip and he gave us some great insider tips on local eats and attractions. The Elua beach is just a few minutes walk from the condo and is frankly one of the best beaches in Maui (shhh!). We also spent some time at the pool and it was never crowded. The surrounding area of Wailea is beautiful, and as much as we liked hitting the food trucks & poke in Kihei and the liveliness and outer beaches of Lahaina and West Maui, it was always so quiet and beautiful to return to our oasis in Wailea. Thanks Al - you have a great place and we hope to return! Five stars!

Fantastic Maui Vacation
Al is a great host and everything about the condo and the community is really nice. We enjoyed the ocean view from lanai and an easy walk down to beach, pool, and walking paths along ocean. Location is great near shopos, golf, and many restaurants at the major hotels plus centrally located for day trips around Maui. Kitchen is stocked, pool great, and we never went to other beaches than right in front.
