Start your day with a stroll along the world-famous beachfront path, which ends right in front of this property. You can enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right out front, or sit poolside at the newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi! After soaking up the sun all day, plan to relax on your private lanai with sunsets you won't soon forget!

This unit accommodates up to 6 guests with a Primary Bedroom having a King bed, the Guest Bedroom offering two twin beds which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room! This fully air-conditioned unit also offers two full Baths, which have been remodeled with granite counters and tiled flooring! The kitchen is also fully stocked for your use and features exquisite Koa Wood Cabinetry.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property is a non-smoking property.

When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.

The absolute BEST view in Maui

The pictures in VRBO do not do this condo justice. This condo has an amazing view not only of the beach (right outside your front door) but of the wonderful pool and lawn area. The property was immaculate. What a gem!

Wow! Pictures hardly do this justice. Ocean Front, you can sit on the lanai and watch the waves roll in. Beach is nearly empty. The condo is very comfortable. Beds were great. BBQ area is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Parking is underground. The gates/doors all had numeric key pads, so you don’t have to worry about keys.Would definitely rent again!

Had a great time at this property. The reviews are very accurate... even though it's a little dated it's extremely clean and well appointed making the stay very nice! The pull-out couch has a really nice mattress, unlike hotels, so that was very functional for our teen. The Property Management Group good to resolve issues. We really like how this property connects to the walking path along the ocean. Overall property grounds and pool kept immaculately!

Great Place in a Great Location!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Polo Beach 502. It was enough space for our family of six, has a lovely lanai with a fantastic view of the ocean, and was just a few steps from the great Polo Beach. The waves were just right for boogie boarding, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after playing in the ocean. If there was one tiny downside, it's that the W/D is just off the main living and dining space and creates noise when in use. But we loved having the W/D in the unit, and it created solid white noise at night for our kids sleeping on the pull out couch in the living area. The property managers also reached out several times before and after arrival to make sure everything went smoothly. They were very helpful and friendly. If we return to Maui, we'd try to stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!
