**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. • 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Great stay, very well appointed with beach stuff! I have stayed in this complex twice before and love the location near Lipoa Beach. The condo was very nicely decorated and included lots of kitchen amenities, there was also shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both showers. There were multiple beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkels, etc. one of the best appointed beach closets I've seen. This unit is on the second floor, it is a two story unit. Both bedrooms are spacious. The upper level bedroom lacks a little privacy if someone is sleeping on the pullout sofa in the living room, but not an issue at all. Our only suggestion is to add more lighting in the living room. Minimal lighting with very dim bulbs. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo

This was the perfect condo for space and location. It really had everything you could need - we were a family of 5 adults there for a wedding. The loft BR is lovely but not much privacy if someone is in the sofa bed below. Location is perfect with literally one min walk to the beach.
